2 Simple Things
If someone asks you to do something and it is within your limits and you can deliver on time — say yes. If it is beyond you and you cannot deliver on time — simply say no. Saying yes just to please someone will wear you out, and it will end up depressing both you and them. Learn to say no.
Leadership is not about showing your power. Leadership is about connecting with people. The more you connect, the more you learn and the more you grow. It is about responsibility.

Most of us walk past the same things every day — the hard question we keep avoiding, the honest answer we already know, the easy thing we’ve simply forgotten how to do. These are a nudge to look at them again.
And my hope for you, if you’ve read this far, is a small one. Life doesn’t have to be as complicated as we make it. Take two simple things at a time and it gets smoother — and the love we carry for the people around us grows with it.
That is the whole motive: to show love to others the way God has shown His love to us.
